ADVANTAGES OF CeSinit®

CeSinit® means Swiss-made silicon nitride. Our thermoforming process allows us to cost-effectively manufacture thin and long-shaped components, and is therefore perfect for bars, ceramic capillaries, ceramic multi-hole tubes and ceramic flat-profile parts.
Even parts with complex geometries can be quickly and cost-effectively manufactured by green machining. This is beneficial for both batch and prototype orders.

Our thermoforming process with silicon nitride allows us to economically produce ceramic needles, ceramic capillaries, ceramic multi-hole tubes, ceramic rods, ceramic pins, and much more.

CeSinit®-CS40

Our CeSinit®-CS40 is characterized by the forming technology of extrusion and is especially suitable for rods, tubes and profiles.

CeSinit®-CS30

CeSinit®-CS30 is a new material based on CeSinit-CS40 and distinguishes itself by his outstanding electrical conductivity. This ceramic opens up a wide range of application and machining possibilities
